Deacon William (Bill) DeVizio
 
Deacon Bill was ordained in 2015 and has been serving as a permanent deacon at St. Lawrence in Chester since ordination.  He has been married for 38 years to his wife, Joan.  They have 3 children (Andrew, Sarah and Will), a daughter-in-law (Ciara), and a future son-in-law (David).  They have 3 grandchildren, (Jack, Claire and Owen).  
 
The DeVizios have resided in Chester for 30 years.  Deacon Bill is retired from Colgate Palmolive where he worked in dental research for almost 30 years.  Currently he works part time as a hospice chaplain for Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice in Newton.  Joan volunteers with the ESL playgroup at St. Lawrence.  She has been involved with the Antioch program for several years.  They are very excited to be joining the parish community of St. Luke in Long Valley and look forward to serving here.
